Helen Hannigan oversees the daily operations of The Cooperative and Family Health Initiatives. Ms. Hannigan received a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and a Masters in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.

Board of Directors
The Cooperative's Board of Directors represent a cross-section of the region and is passionate about our mission and those we serve. Members work hard to ensure long-term sustainability of the organization. They guide the policies that determine what the agency will undertake.
The 39-seat board includes all birth centers and hospitals providing maternity care in South Jersey, the region's two medical schools, consumers from the seven South Jersey counties and representation from county health departments, federally qualified health centers and private practices.
