Nurse-Family Partnership is a free, evidence-based program that pairs first-time birthing individuals with home visiting nurses. Nurses provide support to individuals seeking help with having a healthy pregnancy, becoming a good parent and providing their child the best possible start in life. The trusting relationship that develops between the individual and nurse provides the foundation for strong families and economic self-sufficiency.

To enroll in Nurse-Family Partnership, you must:  

• live in Burlington or Camden County

• be pregnant with your first child and less than 28 weeks

• meet income limits
